We’re based in Poland, right in the middle of a fast-growing European tech ecosystem, but our mindset has always been international. From the very beginning, the goal was simple: combine strong engineering with real accountability, and create teams that clients can trust without second-guessing.
DevForces was founded by three people who have spent most of their careers solving complex technical problems, not talking about them, but actually delivering.
Around them, we’ve built a team of more than 60 engineers and specialists. What makes this team effective is not just technical skill, but diversity of experience – from startups to large enterprises. This allows us to adjust quickly, bring the right people into each project, and choose practical solutions instead of overengineering.
